Job Overview

Talent Finder is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Salesperson to join our team in Brentwood, Essex. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you will receive a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per year (negotiable, depending on experience) + uncapped Profit Sharing. You will also have the opportunity to work with a leading electrical distributor and contribute to the growth and success of our business.
