Job Summary:

The Client Support Accountant is a key role within our team at PMS Managing Estates, a leading property management company. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist with a range of accounting functions, supporting the Senior Client Support Accountant and Client Accountant.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process and allocate payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Respond to customer accounting queries via email and phone, providing exceptional customer service.
  3. Prepare and distribute Service charge budget templates and running demands.
  4. Maintain accurate departmental control sheets.
  5. Assist with year-end activities, including distribution of Year End Service charge accounts and setup of new business sites to the property management system.
  6. Provide administrative support to Property Managers as required.

Requirements:

  1. Relevant Accountancy qualification or working towards (AAT/CIMA/QBE).
  2. Excellent administration and organization skills.
  3. Strong IT (Excel), numeracy, and literacy skills.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Service Charge Accounting experience.
