Administrative Finance Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Payroll & Finance Administrator to join our client's Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payrolls, maintaining accurate employee records, and preparing financial reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payrolls for all employees in accordance with company policies and legal requirements, ensuring timely payments.
- Calculate and process deductions, such as taxes, National Insurance contributions, and pension contributions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, tax details, and salary information.
- Prepare, maintain, and submit payroll and financial reports to relevant departments.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
- Respond to employee payroll enquiries and resolve issues quickly.
- Stay up-to-date with payroll and tax regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in payroll processing.
- Strong knowledge of payroll software and accounting systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
