We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Tenpin Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring our customers have an enjoyable and memorable visit.
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience. You will be responsible for booking customers in, answering queries, and identifying sales opportunities. You will also be involved in hosting individuals and parties, maintaining a clean and tidy environment, and preparing and serving food and drinks.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
- Be a point of contact for customer queries, providing accurate and timely information
- Identify sales opportunities and promote our services and products
- Host individuals and parties, ensuring a memorable experience
- Maintain a clean and tidy environment, adhering to health and safety standards
- Prepare and serve food and drinks, ensuring high-quality standards
