We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Duty Manager at Bishops Castle Leisure Centre. As a key member of our operational team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the facility, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to deliver high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of the facility during operating hours, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for customers.
- Lead a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain accurate records.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the leisure industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
