About the Role

The Tutor Fellow role is a unique opportunity designed to equip graduates with the skills and experience necessary to excel as teachers. This intensive one-year program provides a comprehensive foundation in pedagogy, classroom management, and student engagement.

As a Tutor Fellow, you will work closely with experienced educators, participate in ongoing professional development, and gain invaluable hands-on experience within our dynamic learning environment.

The vast majority of our previous Tutor Fellows have successfully secured places on this program, demonstrating the effectiveness of our development approach.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrated experience working with young people or adults in a professional or volunteer capacity.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to engage in graduate-level study associated with teacher training.
