Position Summary: As a seasoned sales professional, you will guide the strategy and activities to achieve our sales, business development, and product management goals. Your leadership will help us maintain our established business and expand it with new products and innovative solutions. This role requires a positive approach and extensive travel within North America, Europe, and parts of Asia.

  • Lead and Inspire: Champion a globally diverse team of Commercial and Technical Sales Managers, driving them to achieve sales revenue and business development targets for the Aerospace sector.
  • Hit Financial Milestones: Consistently meet annual and quarterly financial targets, aligning with the company's budget.
  • Collaborate Across Departments: Partner with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure seamless sales, quality, and on-time delivery performance.
  • Strategize for Success: Develop pricing strategies, produce accurate sales forecasts, and craft strategic plans to drive growth.
  • Evaluate and Improve: Conduct regular assessments and performance reviews with team members to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Travel and Engage: Travel extensively to meet customers, distributors, and attend key events.
  • Adapt and Excel: Take on any additional duties within your competence as requested, demonstrating flexibility and commitment.

Requirements: Experience in an Aerospace manufacturing environment. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Management of long-term (multi-year) development/production programs with global Aerospace OEMs. Management of geographically remote reports. Leadership of a team of senior, technical, and commercial colleagues. Strong knowledge of technical sales techniques and processes. Knowledge of CRM software systems (Salesforce). Team player who demonstrates a high level of commitment, adopts a flexible and positive approach. Business, Marketing, or Science Degree.

Benefits: Competitive Salary plus attractive bonus scheme with the level dependent on experience and qualifications. Annual Bonus up to 30%. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. Permanent contract, working 37 hours per week predominantly Monday to Friday (Flexibility with working hours will be required due to the nature of the role).
