Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Finance Director to join our Senior Management Team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the financial growth and success of our business, working closely with the Managing Director and Senior Management Team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Financial Planning and Analysis

Deliver insightful commercial analysis and improve regular KPI reporting to inform business decisions.

Financial Modelling and Reporting

Create and deliver impactful financial models and analysis for acquisitions, new members clubs, and other strategic initiatives.

IT Project Management

Successfully deliver the current IT project to digitalise the member journey, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Financial Governance

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to parent companies, maintaining the highest standards of financial governance and compliance.

Team Leadership

Supervise, coach, and develop the Finance Team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel modelling skills, previous experience with PowerBI, and a strong background in finance. Previous exposure to private equity investors and the hospitality industry would be advantageous. This is a fast-paced and exciting role for an experienced finance professional who is passionate about the luxury hospitality industry.
