Paediatric Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Band 5 Paediatric Nurse to join our team at Barts Health. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the delivery of excellent healthcare services.
About the Role:- Provide comprehensive nursing care to children and their families, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care programmes.
- Communicate effectively with children, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in the development and implementation of care plans, including medication management and patient education.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control policies and procedures.
- Registered Nurse with current registration and a valid NMC PIN.
- Up-to-date paediatric and adult basic life support certification.
- At least 2 years post-graduate experience in a paediatric setting.
- 6 months recent NHS paediatric experience within the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass an enhanced background check.
