About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursery Room Leader to join our team at Busy Bees Nurseries. As a key member of our nursery management team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting our team of practitioners to deliver high-quality childcare and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of practitioners to ensure the delivery of high-quality childcare and education.
  • Develop and implement effective observation, assessment, and planning strategies to meet the needs of individual children.
  • Work closely with the nursery management team to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to practitioners to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure the nursery is a safe and welcoming environment for children, parents, and staff.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

A Level 3 Childcare qualification.Previous experience as a Senior Nursery Room Leader or equivalent.Excellent leadership and management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.A passion for delivering high-quality childcare and education.
