Job Title: Planning and Forecasting Lead

At People's Partnership, we are seeking a highly skilled Planning and Forecasting Lead to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented individual to manage and develop our operational planning processes, ensuring they align with company procedures. The successful candidate will implement innovative approaches to business forecasting, leveraging their experience in similar roles to drive growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational planning strategies, aligning with company processes and procedures.
  • Design and implement new ways of working in business forecasting, driving innovation and improvement.
  • Manage a team of planners, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of planning objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective planning and forecasting processes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operational planning and business development, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
