Job Title: Head of Customer Service - Fabrics & Wallcoverings

At Mitchell Maguire, we are seeking an experienced Head of Customer Service to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients in the interior products industry.

About the Role:
  • Lead a team of customer service professionals in providing high-quality support to architects, interior designers, fabric makers, and end-users.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Oversee the delivery of customer service across multiple channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Manage customer escalations and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer service management, with a track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Experience in the interior products industry, with knowledge of fabrics, wallcoverings, and related products.
  • Ability to analyze customer feedback and use data to inform business decisions.
  • IT literate, with experience in CRM systems and office software.
