BMW Group Financial Services UK is on the lookout for a Collections Advisor. This position is situated at our Summit ONE Campus.
Role Overview: Collections Advisor
As a Collections Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to enhance customer engagement to recover overdue payments while ensuring a balance between customer satisfaction and the integrity of our brand. You will assist management in implementing changes that promote process enhancements and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identifying cases of customer vulnerability or financial hardship Continuously monitoring vulnerable cases to support customers and mitigate negative impacts on both customers and the business Documenting and resolving customer complaints in accordance with regulatory timelines Exercising forbearance in alignment with regulatory guidelines by establishing realistic and sustainable repayment arrangements, considering both customer needs and business interests Assessing potential breaches of contract Utilizing product and business knowledge to guide customers towards optimal outcomes for their circumstancesQualifications:
Experience in a collections environment or customer service sector, preferably within financial services (desirable). Strong organizational and communication abilities.
