About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Unit Manager to join our team at Care UK. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a unit, ensuring the delivery of excellent care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Ensure the safety and dignity of residents are maintained at all times
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and improve services
  • Administer medication and provide a fun, inclusive, and professional approach to care

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with staff and residents
  • Strong organizational and IT skills
  • A passion for delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on residents' lives
