Exchange Trading Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Exchange Trading Specialist to join our team at B2C2 OTC Ltd. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for improving our Exchange Trading capabilities to maintain and further increase our market share on crypto exchanges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Exchange Trading strategies to optimize our trading stack
  • Design and implement automated risk management systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve trading systems and create new trading strategies
  • Monitor and analyze trading performance using systematic tools and dashboards
  • Work with FX, Crypto, or Equity products and have experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, SQL, or Rust
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in writing front office trading system components
  • Fluent in at least 2 programming languages
  • Experience in pricing and trading strategies, quantitative research skills, and machine learning
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and grow at a fast pace in a meritocratic environment
