Marketing Associate Role
About the Job
We are seeking a talented Marketing Associate to join our Intermediary Marketing team at Aviva. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering engaging marketing campaigns aimed at financial advisers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and generate leads for Aviva.
- Work closely with account executives and marketing managers to create and execute marketing strategies.
- Support key initiatives such as rebranding and Part VII communications to ensure our message reaches a wide range of customer groups.
- Analyse data and measure the impact of campaigns to inform future marketing decisions.
Requirements
- Proven marketing experience, ideally in a B2B and/or B2C role.
- Strong understanding of marketing channels, tools, and techniques.
- Ability to think creatively and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Knowledge of financial services or protection products is desirable.
What We Offer
- Salary – Up to £35,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
- Bonus opportunity - 8% of annual salary, actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's.
