The Role

We're seeking a talented Marketing Executive to join our existing marketing team. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work across all solution areas of the business, supporting the marketing team to promote our brands through various channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to generate new leads through multi-channel marketing activities
  • Develop and execute campaigns in line with our overall marketing plan, including creating engaging content and managing supporting channels
  • Manage our social media presence and engage with our audience
  • Work with the wider Marketing team to develop and execute multi-channel campaigns
  • Analyse customer behaviour and marketing performance using HubSpot analytical tools, presenting back on results achieved
  • Monitor competitor activity and stay up-to-date with industry trends
Requirements
  • Marketing qualifications or degree desirable
  • At least 3 years' experience in a B2B marketing role, with a proven track record of success
  • Experience with marketing platforms, WordPress/HubSpot website content management, and HubSpot marketing platform
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using HubSpot analytical tools and reporting on marketing performance
  • Design skills, with knowledge of Adobe Suite or Canva
  • SEO knowledge and experience with social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram
  • Event management experience, including exhibition, in-person, and online event logistics and management
