Primary SENCo Role in Outstanding School

We are seeking an experienced SENCo to join our team at an outstanding primary school in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out normal Primary SENCO duties, including sorting through EHCPS, conducting 1:1 assessments of children, and assisting with the administrative side of the role.

About the Role:

  • Carrying out 1:1 assessments of children and assisting the admin side of the role.
  • Must have experience with EHCP.
  • Excellent understanding of the SEN Code of Practice & Primary Curriculum.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status and relevant educational degree.
  • Excellent knowledge of the national curriculum and current educational trends.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
