About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team at Magnetic Shields Limited. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our accounting team, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily, monthly, and annual financial duties, including inputting, reviewing, and reconciling accounts.
  • Process payments to external partners, maintain updated records of invoices, and process staff expenses.
  • Assume responsibility for creating sales and purchase invoices, credit control, and processing staff expense claims and credit card statements.
  • Ensure systems are up to date and accurate, and participate in the development of the finance function, team, and systems.
Requirements
  • Educated to at least A' level standard, ideally from relevant subjects such as maths, economics, statistics, business studies, finance, etc.
  • Relevant or transferable work experience would be an advantage.
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent IT skills.
