Position Overview

Financial Operations Coordinator - Educational Sector

We are currently looking for a Financial Operations Coordinator to become a vital part of our client's team on a fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive financial support to the department, ensuring the precise and prompt execution of financial transactions.
  • Oversee the management of the purchase ledger.
  • Generate purchase orders, invoices, and expense claims, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and calculations.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in finance software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Previous experience in a financial role, particularly within the educational sector, is preferred.
Qualifications

A relevant finance qualification or progress towards one is desirable.

Work Schedule

This part-time position requires a commitment of 24 hours per week during term time, with a schedule of 5 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
