{"Role Summary": "Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and deliver technical services to ensure compliance with legislative, client, and company health, safety, and environmental programs.

* Lead the mobile team and subcontractors to achieve set targets and SLA performance measures.

* Ensure site technical services are delivered efficiently and effectively, maximizing resource productivity and minimizing customer business interruptions.

* Act as the Technical Services point of contact for all in/out of scope technical activities and provide technical support across a wide spectrum of industrial technical services.

* Drive continuous improvement in technical service delivery, identifying opportunities for increased scope and additional services.

* Manage allocated budgets in line with service lines, against the contract model.

* Provide solutions and associated quotations for Extra works and small project works.

* Manage the technical service delivery on site, auditing to ensure compliance to the company's standards.

* Experience Required:

* Exceptional organizational skills to manage all works streams.

* Excellent time management and analytical skills.

* Good computer skills, including Microsoft packages and software systems.

* Knowledge of EHS requirements and maintenance processes.

* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage, communicate, and provide clear instructions to Engineers and Clients Team.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities or projects simultaneously and keep them progressing to completion.

* Engineering background and competency to accurately estimate labour hours, material requirement, and trade/skills needed to complete a job.

* Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to be approachable and tactful.

* Demonstrated ability to engage, communicate, and provide clear, concise, and accurate instructions to Engineers and Clients Team.

* Knowledge and understanding of the maintenance processes and proper use of the work order system, planning, and scheduling, and storeroom processes.

* Must be capable of providing familiarisation training and demonstrating any specific job requirements.
