Key Responsibilities- Lead the philosophy of 'learning through play' and ensure that our practitioners deliver a high standard of care and education for our children.
- Support disadvantaged children, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), to achieve their full potential.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to promote communication, organization, and administrative skills among our team members.
- Lead and manage a team of practitioners to ensure the effective organization of both provisions, maintaining high standards for all pupils.
