Nursery and Extended Schools Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Practitioner to join our team as Nursery and Extended Schools Lead. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and caring individual to lead our nursery and extended schools provision, ensuring that our children receive a high standard of care and education.
The successful candidate will work closely with our senior leadership team to ensure the effective organisation of both provisions, maintaining high standards for all pupils. Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the philosophy of 'learning through play'
- Supporting disadvantaged children, including those with SEND
- Developing and implementing effective strategies for improving pupil outcomes
- Leading and managing a team of practitioners
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and statutory requirements
