Job Title: Regional H&S Support Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional H&S Support Manager to join our team at Flogas Britain. As a key member of our Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSE) team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of our HSE management systems to ensure safe operations and promote a positive safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the National HSE Manager in the development and implementation of HSE management systems.
  • Investigate HSE incidents and near misses, identify root causes, and establish corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to operational managers and supervisors on HSE-related matters.
  • Develop and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HSE management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to HSE management.
