- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support our digitalization efforts, enhancing efficiency across service delivery channels.
- Analyze data to forecast future requirements and improve performance.
- Maintain comprehensive customer records, facilitating seamless communication and follow-ups.
- A highly motivated and organized self-starter with excellent communication skills.
- A strong ability to build and maintain relationships through phone and email interactions.
- Excellent IT skills, including all Microsoft Office knowledge.
