As an IT Project Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering quality advice and guidance to our clients, building trusted-adviser relationships, and providing input, guidance, and steering to make informed decisions about their IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the IT Manager or alongside the IT Manager for a set of clients, providing technical expertise and guidance to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects.
- Build and maintain trusted-adviser relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Deliver quality advice and guidance to clients on IT infrastructure, ensuring they make informed decisions that meet their business objectives.
- Work closely with the Helpdesk team to deliver excellence to clients and drive business growth.
Requirements
- At least three years' experience of providing IT support, with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and technical expertise.
- Desirable experience in delivering projects with the Microsoft 365 Platform and Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with the administration and installation of server hardware, operating systems, and hypervisors, as well as knowledge of Firewalls, Anti-Virus, and networking and Disaster Recovery solutions.
