About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pensions Project Manager to join our team at ITV. As a key member of our Pensions Department, you will be responsible for managing and delivering various pensions-related projects and activities across our administration, payroll, and finance departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver pensions-related projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and within budget.
  • Provide project management support and advice to other teams in the department and wider ITV teams.
  • Develop and maintain process diagrams and documentation detailing business-critical processes and procedures.
  • Ensure project budgets are clearly defined and monitored throughout the project's life.
  • Manage workloads to meet deadlines and undertake multiple projects simultaneously using effective task management and prioritization techniques.
  • Confidently lead high-level project meetings and committee meetings, ensuring accurate notes and action logs are produced.
  • Research and analyze issues to design implementation processes and specify, monitor, and analyze management information.
  • Identify related training needs and work with senior managers to develop procedure manuals.
Requirements
  • Pensions experience is required.
  • Minimum two years of experience as a Project Manager and previous experience in a Project Support role.
  • Experience of working within complex projects at all levels and applying Prince methodology.
  • Experience of system implementations and creating calculation specifications.
  • Working knowledge of systems, system issues, and a proven track record of delivering solutions.
  • Experience of working with 3rd parties, especially consultants.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to manipulate data for analysis and reporting.
  • Experience of data mapping and data migration.
  • Experience of producing complex and detailed project plans using Microsoft Project.
  • Experience of presenting and producing presentation material.
