Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff members and ensuring that our restaurant and bar operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership
- Supervise and motivate a team of staff members to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
- Operations Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Ensure that all health and safety standards are met and that the restaurant and bar are maintained to a high standard.
- Training and Development
- Develop and implement training programs to help staff members improve their skills and knowledge.
- Provide feedback and coaching to staff members to help them improve their performance.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that all customers receive excellent service and that their needs are met.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
- Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant or bar environment.
- Skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards and procedures.
