About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Dukes Hotel and The Bird, Bath. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and supporting the Restaurant and Bar Manager in maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Restaurant and Bar Manager in leading the team and ensuring seamless service delivery
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
  • Take ownership of guest feedback and work closely with the management team to address any concerns
  • Collaborate with senior managers to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives to enhance the guest experience
