About the Role

We are seeking a talented Solicitor to join our Corporate team, based in either our Brighton or Gatwick office, working 3 days a week with flexibility to meet client needs.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Solicitor in our Corporate team, you will advise clients on a range of Corporate law matters, including M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions. You will work on managing your own transactions with supervision and provide assistance to Partners on more complex deals, supporting your personal development and technical skills.

What We're Looking For
  • A clear enthusiasm for Corporate law and a commitment to delivering excellent outcomes for clients under pressure.
  • The ability to work effectively with colleagues on a local and national basis.
  • Demonstrable experience in running smaller transactions with limited supervision.
