Corporate Tax Specialist

We are seeking a driven lawyer to join our highly-rated Corporate Tax & Incentives team at Stevens & Bolton. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with senior members, liaising with other teams and advising on all taxation aspects of a transaction, both domestic and international.
Key Responsibilities- Mitigate liabilities and maximise allowances
- Provide tax support on corporate transactions
- Design and implement equity incentive schemes for clients
You will be a strong team player with good inter-personal skills, strong academics, and high-quality experience gained within a major City or leading national/regional practice. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills are essential.
Requirements- Qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE
- Experience within a dedicated Corporate Tax or Incentives team in a leading City, National or Regional Firm
- Experience of tax support for M&A transactions
- Strong academic record with at least a 2:1 at degree level
