**Job Title: Process Mapping Expert**


**About the Role:** Propel is seeking a highly skilled Process Mapping Expert to join our team. As a Process Mapping Expert, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing process outlines, flowcharts, and implementation procedures that drive business excellence.


**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of 1LOD and 2LOD framework and responsibilities, with a focus on Compliance Operations.
  • Manage processes and projects across multiple global units, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
  • Design and develop process outlines, flowcharts, and implementation procedures that meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Provide expertise in process mapping, analysis, and implementation, with a focus on driving business excellence.


**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Compliance Operations, with a strong understanding of 1LOD and 2LOD framework and responsibilities.
  • 1-2 years of experience in process excellence, ideally managing processes and projects across multiple global units.
  • Experience in developing and designing process outlines, flowcharts, and implementation procedures.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, with a proven track record of managing, coordinating, executing, and maintaining projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience of merchant acquiring or payments processing risk will be beneficial.
