Job Role - Facilities Administrator

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Administrator to join our team on a 6-month contract. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will provide administrative support to our clients, regional facilities managers, and contract team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office functions, including raising job requests, purchase orders, and updating internal and client systems.
  • Provide administrative support to the client, regional facilities managers, and contract team.
  • Assist with ensuring deadlines are met for submission of documentation relating to compliance, QHSE, KPI, and reporting.
  • Identify and contribute to the improvement of administration processes and tasks.
  • Embrace a collaborative learning culture with your team and the wider business.

Requirements

  • Experience of providing administrative support to a team.
  • Experience of delivering customer service by telephone and email.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of operating standard office equipment.
  • Ability to prioritize and ensure tasks are done efficiently.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of and experience in the facilities management industry (desirable).
