Seeking a Paralegal to Support Clinical Negligence Team

Location: Hybrid

Main Responsibilities:

  • Meet firm's KPI targets and contribute to the success of the clinical negligence team
  • Progress cases efficiently and effectively
  • Liaise with clients, experts, and other parties to ensure seamless communication
  • Handle pre and post-issue procedures with precision and attention to detail
  • Complete tasks in a timely manner and maintain accurate records
  • Record time accurately and maintain client files
  • Assist in collecting medical records and prepare client documents
  • Work on clinical negligence cases and contribute to the development of the team

Requirements:

  • Desire to work in law and a strong passion for clinical negligence
  • Legal or related degree and relevant experience
  • Ability to take direction and work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with attention to detail
  • Good organisational skills and excellent communication and client care skills
