Plasterer/Multitrade Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Plasterer with multi-trade experience to join our Living Space Responsive Team at Wates. As a key member of our team, you will work with one of our major clients, undertaking a range of tasks to achieve first-time fix and deliver high-quality workmanship in a timely and efficient manner.

Wates Living Space is a leading provider of planned and responsive maintenance services in the social housing sector, maintaining over 500,000 homes nationwide every year. Our success has enabled us to achieve ambitious strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Working to industry-accepted Health and Safety standards
  • Undertaking patch and larger plastering works, decorating, and associated minor maintenance tasks
  • Collaborating with colleagues or contractors to complete complex orders
  • Using PDA to receive instructions and feedback electronically
  • Liaising with Supervisors/schedulers to programme works
  • Providing excellent customer service to residents, clients, and colleagues

We require a professional Plasterer with multi-trade experience, educated to a minimum of NVQ Level 2, and holding a clean driving license.
