About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Richmond Village. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their best lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and mobility support.
  • Respond to emergency calls and assess situations to provide timely assistance.
  • Support residents with a wide range of needs, from companionship to personal care, and help them maintain their independence.
  • Work collaboratively with the senior care team to monitor residents' well-being and report any changes.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
