Key Responsibilities:- Assessing the progress and site work of apprentices to ensure they are prepared for their End-Point Assessment
- Providing support and guidance to students, addressing challenges, and offering opportunities for growth
- Integrating industry experience into teaching to provide practical insights
- Promoting College values and adhering to safeguarding policies
- Engaging in continuous professional development opportunities
- Relevant IT Qualification/Degree
- Assessors Qualification (A1, TAQA, or equivalent)
- Previous experience in assessing IT qualifications
- Strong understanding of IT systems, software, and applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
