About the RoleWe are looking for a colleague who can contribute to our research and teaching excellence in the areas of strategic management, innovation, and project management. The successful candidate will have expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Strategic Management (Innovation, International & Project Management)
- Strategy for the Development of AI in the Business world
- Strategies for Hybrid working ensuring business delivery
- Strategies for employment policies for employees in a changing world
- Strategies for Community Business development & CSR
- Strategy for GDPR and Data privacy Compliance
- Climate Change and the Impact on business Strategy
The ideal candidate will have a strong research focus and/or scholarly practice, with a proven track record of teaching and leading undergraduate and postgraduate modules. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and students.
What We OfferThe University of Roehampton offers a competitive salary, ranging from £44,546 to £56,840 per annum, inclusive of London Weighting Allowance. We also offer a range of benefits, including a generous pension scheme, flexible working arrangements, and access to professional development opportunities.
