Job Title: Academic Lecturer

Regent College London is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Academic Lecturer to join our team. As an Academic Lecturer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality learning and teaching materials, as well as teaching and assessing students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop learning and teaching materials for various modules and subjects.
  • Teach and assess students in a variety of settings, including face-to-face and online.
  • Contribute to the development of curriculum and assessment strategies.
  • Engage with students, staff, and other stakeholders to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Participate in quality assurance and enhancement activities to ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant subject area.
  • Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (HEA) or willingness to work towards.
  • Significant experience in teaching, curriculum development, and quality management in a higher education environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
