Job Summary

Colibrium Additive, a leading provider of innovative metal additive manufacturing solutions, is seeking an experienced Product/UX Designer to join its Software organization. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of user-centered design solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct qualitative UX research activities, such as ethnographic studies and usability testing, to inform design decisions
  • Develop and implement UX research plans to achieve business objectives
  • Analyze UX research data and synthesize findings to inform design solutions
  • Communicate UX research findings and design recommendations to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UX design into the product development lifecycle

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience conducting UX research and design activities
  • 5+ years of experience planning and executing UX research projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with metal additive manufacturing or related technologies
  • College degree or certification in Human Factors, Ergonomics, or a related field
  • Knowledge of UX research methods and tools
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
