About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled User Experience Researcher to play a key role in evolving the direction of our group-wide software platform, Atlas. As a UX Researcher, you will be responsible for gathering insights to inform the development of our Business Services Hub, which supports hundreds of thousands of users from businesses across the UK and globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Product team to understand the vision of the Atlas platform and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct user research to gather insights on various products and services, ensuring that client needs are at the heart of our products.
  • Plan, design, and conduct user testing processes, from developing user recruitment to test moderation, analysis, and reporting.
  • Model insights gained from user research into formats to enhance understanding of our users, such as personas and user journey maps.
  • Communicate research findings effectively to stakeholders, using exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including product managers, UX researchers, designers, and developers, to drive user-centered design principles and best practices.
Requirements
  • Experience in software research, with a strong understanding of various research methods.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced and demanding business environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Understanding of Agile and Sprint-based development methodologies.
