Fitness Operations Supervisor

This is a full-time role focused on the daily operations of the facility. You will lead the team in all sales and operational activities, demonstrating a meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership. This position is accountable for various performance indicators and is responsible for the recruitment, development, and support of a high-performing team capable of consistently meeting these targets.

Role Responsibilities
- Act as a representative of our brand, embodying the principles of fitness
- Uphold our elevated standards of operation at all times
- Drive revenue across all streams, from membership sales to merchandise, to enhance overall profitability
- Manage controllable expenses effectively, including inventory and cleaning supplies, to minimize waste and overspending
- Lead by example in member-facing roles, enhancing the experience of every visitor
- Ensure adherence to central processes and deliver them consistently to the highest standards
- Foster team engagement with national initiatives and incentives
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new staff members
- Ensure all operational tasks are completed consistently and to a high standard
- Provide constructive feedback regularly to support team members in reaching their potential
- Report maintenance issues following best practice guidelines
- Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in challenging situations
- Manage all policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times
Required Qualifications
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- A passion for health, fitness, and wellness
- A Level 2 qualification in fitness (preferred)
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Flexibility in communication and management style to suit individual team members
- A positive, solution-oriented approach in challenging situations
