This is a full-time role focused on the daily operations of the facility. You will lead the team in all sales and operational activities, demonstrating a meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership. This position is accountable for various performance indicators and is responsible for the recruitment, development, and support of a high-performing team capable of consistently meeting these targets.

Role Responsibilities

  • Act as a representative of our brand, embodying the principles of fitness
  • Uphold our elevated standards of operation at all times
  • Drive revenue across all streams, from membership sales to merchandise, to enhance overall profitability
  • Manage controllable expenses effectively, including inventory and cleaning supplies, to minimize waste and overspending
  • Lead by example in member-facing roles, enhancing the experience of every visitor
  • Ensure adherence to central processes and deliver them consistently to the highest standards
  • Foster team engagement with national initiatives and incentives
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new staff members
  • Ensure all operational tasks are completed consistently and to a high standard
  • Provide constructive feedback regularly to support team members in reaching their potential
  • Report maintenance issues following best practice guidelines
  • Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in challenging situations
  • Manage all policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times

Required Qualifications

  • A Level 2 qualification in fitness (preferred)
