Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage In-Room Dining requests from all guests.
  • Facilitate restaurant reservations utilizing the Open Table system for our dining venues.
  • Handle and redirect incoming external calls efficiently.
  • Assist in managing all correspondence directed to the hotel's general email account.
  • Ensure all wake-up calls are recorded and executed promptly, adhering to our brand standards.
  • Document and address all guest inquiries and requests (e.g., additional amenities, maintenance issues) through our management system.
  • Resolve guest internet connectivity issues, engaging support services when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding customer service abilities with a deep understanding of luxury service expectations.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in a foreign language is a plus.

  • Proactive attitude towards guest interactions and responsibilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with systems such as Micros, Open Table, GEMs, or Opera is advantageous.
