About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team in Co. Durham. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and productive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, promotions, and sales.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive store environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging store environment.
