About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team at Card Factory, a leading specialist retailer of greeting cards, gifts, and dressings. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, processing sales, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer
- Process sales efficiently and accurately, upselling on till products
- Price and merchandise stock and products correctly
- Work with the team to unload and unpack deliveries
- Assist with stock takes, which may include working outside normal store hours
