KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Inspire, guide, and nurture a workforce of nearly 200 staff members across various sectors including Food and Beverage, Accommodation, and Events.
  • Guarantee the utmost standards of guest satisfaction, ensuring that visitors have a memorable experience.
  • Oversee the smooth functioning of all hotel operations across a vast property.
  • Concentrate on enhancing our offerings for staycations and promote the five food and beverage outlets.
  • Boost operational profitability through effective management and innovative approaches.
  • Maintain our dedication to outstanding guest experiences, ensuring high satisfaction levels and repeat clientele.
