Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of engineers, ranging from graduate to senior, and provide career guidance and development opportunities.
- Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance on vulnerability remediation and drive the development of new security engineering projects.
- Project Management: Plan and manage progress on agreed goals and projects, and identify and measure team health indicators.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Represent your team and product to stakeholders, partners, and customers, and develop and evangelize great engineering and organizational practices.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other leaders and teams to drive innovation and address emerging threats.
- Academic Background: An exceptional academic track record from both high school and university, with an undergraduate degree in Computer Science or STEM, or a compelling narrative about your alternative path.
- Technical Expertise: Solid background in software development, including expertise in support and maintenance, and mastery in any programming language (Go, Java, C, Python,...).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and the ability to build trust, relationships, and confidence with colleagues, partners, and community.
- Agile Development Experience: Solid experience working in an agile development environment, and a demonstrated drive for continual learning.
- Distributed Work Environment: A distributed work environment with twice-yearly team sprints in person.
- Personal Learning and Development Budget: A personal learning and development budget of USD 2,000 per year.
