About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bodyshop Manager to join our team at Corus Consultancy. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day activities of our bodyshop branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with the Branch Manager to drive operational excellence and motivate the team to achieve our goals.
  2. Ensure the smooth operation of the bodyshop, including managing stock, fleet, and HR-related tasks.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  4. Lead by example and promote a safety-first culture within the branch.
  5. Conduct regular audits and stock takes to ensure compliance with company standards.
  6. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement succession planning and recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

  1. Proven leadership experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of driving operational excellence.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage customer accounts and build strong relationships with colleagues.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  4. Experience in managing stock and fleet operations, with a strong understanding of health and safety protocols.
  5. Passion for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
