Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

We are partnering with a revolutionary infrastructure-focused company to recruit a skilled Quantity Surveyor. This is a permanent position based in Coalisland, with a fully negotiable salary and fantastic benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of QS/Commercial Assistants as the project evolves in size.
  • Evaluate utilities civils contracts as principal contractor.
  • Collect and review worksheets completed by sub-contractor and employees on a weekly basis.
  • Prepare and submit weekly progress claims to the client.
  • Agree valuations with the Client QS representative on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Support the preparation and submission of project variations in line with contract timelines.
  • Review and sign off sub-contractor invoices for payment.
  • Prepare and submit client Final Accounts.
  • Daily liaison with on-field supervisors and site teams.
  • Meet project deliverables on time with an emphasis on quality.
  • Attend and provide commercial input to weekly internal meetings with an emphasis on budget monitoring.
Essential Criteria:
  • Significant relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Qualified Surveyor qualification preferred, but significant relevant experience in the industry will be considered.
