We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and dynamic leader to join our team as a residential manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered to our residents.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Ensure the home is run in a safe and efficient manner, with a focus on quality and excellence.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care and support services.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in a care management role, preferably in a residential children's home setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, staff, and external partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and excellence.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance.
